WYCCAA invites international choral maestros to host charity workshops from time to time.
It is aimed at enhancing teachers’/conductors’ conducting skills, choir training methods and
broadening their knowledge of choral music pieces. Previously, charity workshops were
held in a number of major cities in China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chengdu,
Nanjing, Hefei, Zhuhai and more. Past workshop teachers include Prof. Leon Shiu-wai
Tong, Dr Brady Allred, Dr Milan Kolena, Prof Martin Berger, Mr Da-peng Meng, Dr
Cristian Grases, Dr Zoltan Pad, Prof Ragnar Rasmussen, Prof Urša Lah, Prof Bao-lin
Yan, Prof Jin-ming Zhu, and many more.
